The
garden, Pretty good for only May. Though most of it is being ravaged
by caterpillars. I've been making slightly different batches of organic
pesticide (garlic, cayenne, jalapenos, habaneros, and onions blended
and steeped in hot water and then strained). It's a lot of work but it
seems to be working. Only our potatoes were completely destroyed.
Having fresh salads every night and green onions and rosemary on hand is
really awesome.

Garden Spreadsheets?

Spring is here! Or at least, right around the corner and this year I've vowed to get more out of our garden than I put in. We will begin most of our transplant-able plants inside in these little egg shells. I'll probably use peat pots for the delicate transplants. And, my garden planting schedule has been converted into a spreadsheet because I am verging on neurotic or just diverting all my excitement into preparation while I await the last frost!

or sit silently and listen to our thoughts
It's a terrible picture but... illustrates just how awesome my girlfriend really is. We don't go out that much but when we do it's highly entertaining!
