Coming to Chicago

Really?
Bacon flowers. Chicago loves its bacon but this is too much. Actually, if any Chicago foodie (person with too much free time/ disposable income) read this blog, Bacon Flowers would be the new hot thing to wait in line for.
It's scary. It's marble. It's something that you should not look at after ingesting hallucinagens. Or if you enjoy this kind of thing (perversion of nature), you can dose yourself and head to the Luxe Home storerooms in the Merchandise Mart. I would suggest you dose and ride (public transit) during one of their free open house functions. There is usually wine, hor dourves, and rich people to make uncomfortable. I saw a grown man have a tantrum today because he thought his interior designer gave him the wrong samples. Seriously people; you are soft and divorced from your environment. I have no sympathy.

Apple Picking and Skull Britches
At Villian's for my friend Molly's birthday. The bar got packed half way through the evening and we were told that most of the people there had come from a tattoo convention. These Ed Hardy-type skull britches were top notch. I had to snap some stealthy pix as we exited the building. I hope he's got that as a real tattoo in the same spot.
Please take my picture!!! Apple picking in Wisconsin with Sarah and a few of her friends. Woah, I really like to do non-drinking things... pass it on.

TT Tortas
La casa de Roy!!! I miss Roy and I think he should come to visit (with Matt) and we can dine here in his honor! It won't happen but it should. This little taqueria dive is on the walk between the Brown Line Kedzie stop and my apartment.
